By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the InBrief application (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

InBrief is an AI-powered notification management and summarization application designed to help users manage, analyze, and understand incoming notifications across various apps.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account.
• You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You will not attempt to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or tamper with any part of the Service.
• You will not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or related systems.
• You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

4. Subscription and Billing

• Some features of the Service require a paid subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings at any time.
• No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription period.

• We do not access, read, or store the content of your notifications beyond what is necessary for summarization.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property related to the Service are the exclusive property of InBrief or its licensors. You agree not to use, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

InBrief is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or performance of the Service. In no event shall InBrief or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
